Key Responsibilities include:

  • To manage and guide the TGSACU training programme. Plan, design, deliver and evaluate the cadet programme.
  • To manage and ensure compliance of the TGSACU activities, documentation and processes.
  • To oversee the logistical, communication and preparation aspects of significant TGSACU events.
  • To oversee the Unit Q Store and equipment, in line with TGSACU and AAC requirements.
  • Under direction of the Officer Commanding, manage the allocation of staff.
  • To manage the administrative duties and formal records of the TGSACU programme.
  • To liaise with the Co-curricular and the Campus Administration Departments, Meriden School and AAC, to ensure all information relating to Cadet activities has been identified, communicated and processes followed.
  • As required, attend relevant external meetings (Australian Army Cadets, RSL, School Based Units) and training courses.
  • When required, act as the point of contact and communicate with parents and cadets about the directions, priorities and initiatives of the TGSACU programme.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Strong relationship building and teamwork skills.
  • A flexible and adaptable response to work challenges.
  • A strong ability to problem solve, with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate in a professional and timely manner.
  • Developed organisation and administration ability.

In your application, please attach:

  • A covering letter and copy of your current Resume, including 2 professional references.
